Chicken Racing

I due hereby request to enter the Vegreville Dash to Summer Chicken Race of my own free will. I agree and understand that I am responsible for the health and safety of my chicken(s) as well as, any damages or injuries caused by my chicken(s) and do hereby release the Vegreville Agricultural Society, its members and employees or representatives of all injuries, damages or legal actions that may arise involving any chicken(s) I bring to this event. To the best of my knowledge, I attest that my chicken(s) are free from disease.
